I bought these headphones from sennheiser.com about a year ago, and they’ve held up really well. I use them pretty much every day, and even my brother has borrowed them a few times, but the headband still feels sturdy and the plastic doesn’t feel cheap at all. The ear pads are starting to show a little wear, but nothing major. Overall, I’m happy with how durable they’ve been. I just wish replacement parts were a bit easier to find.

Had to reach out to Sennheiser for a warranty thing with my earbuds. They did get back to me and everyone was nice enough, but yeah, it took a few days between replies and I had to repeat what was going on more than once. They fixed it in the end, so that was good, just wasn’t exactly fast. Not bad, not amazing, kinda right in the middle.

I ordered from sennheiser.com and, it showed up faster than my brain had filed it under “probably next week.” The tracking was easy to follow, the box came in good shape, and there weren’t any of those mystery delays that make you start checking the porch every five minutes.
I did end up returning one item because I grabbed the wrong model, which was totally on me. My usual shortcut is “if the return form doesn’t make me think too hard, the store is fine,” and this one passed. Filled it out, sent it back, and the refund showed up a few days later. Smooth overall, and I’d buy from them again

I bought these from sennheiser.com sennheiser is kind of to blame for how often I’m wearing them now. The fit is really comfortable, and I can keep them on for hours without my ears getting sore or feeling squeezed. They also stay put when I’m walking around, which is a big plus. Super happy with the comfort overall.

I’m happy with how these sound. The bass hits just right without feeling too heavy or muddy, and the overall sound feels clean in a way that makes listening more enjoyable. It just feels good to put them on and hear everything come through so clearly.
